Kadhai Chicken

Directions

1.First Marinate the chicken, take one bowl mixed together.
2. then add  yogurt lemon juice, ghee or oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder,garam masala powder, and saltthen add the chicken pieces and mix well.
3.after that wait for 30 minutes heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a kadhai to cook the onions until they’re lightly browned.
4.then add the garlic and ginger then add the marinated chicken then add the marinated chicken to the kadhai and cook until it’s browned.
5.cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).Add the spices and chilies add the broken red chilies, sliced green chilies, and salt to the kadhai.
6.add the tomato puree simmer and finish simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes sauce thickens and the flavors meld together.
7.then at last garnish and serve with fresh cilantro(corander) and serve hot with basmati rice, roti, or naan.
